Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) & Hoosier native with over 9 years of diverse experience, I bring warmth, energy, and deep clinical insight to every individual I support. My journey began in academia as a dedicated School Counselor, where I quickly realized my passion for walking alongside people through all stages of life—from the curious minds of children to the resilient spirits of older adults.

Since then, I’ve expanded my scope across a wide range of settings for adults 18+, including individual therapy, group therapy, career counseling, and substance use treatment. I’ve worked with individuals ages 4 to 78, and I pride myself on meeting each client exactly where they are. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or addiction, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that fosters growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, & goal-oriented. I specialize in working with adults navigating mental health & substance use challenges. Together, we focus on healthy communication, setting boundaries, creating realistic goals, increasing self-esteem, & developing lasting habits rooted in gratitude, optimism, & self-awareness.

I deeply value the stories, resilience, & wisdom that come with life experience, and I’m honored to walk with you as you navigate your own journey. Therapy with me is a space where you’re heard, respected, and encouraged to grow at your own pace. Whether you’re facing stress, stuck in old patterns, or just unsure of your next step, I’m here to support you!

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and lay the foundation for meaningful work ahead. Clients can expect a warm, supportive space where they feel safe, heard, and empowered. Through a holistic, personalized approach, sessions focus on fostering strength, confidence, and hope—mind, body, and spirit—while helping you clarify and achieve your goals.
