Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSSW from The University of Texas at Austin and over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in medical, school, and mental health settings. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I use approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, mindfulness, and Play Therapy techniques when appropriate. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals, working together to build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and help clients create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, strengths, and goals while creating a comfortable space for you to feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical steps that can help you feel better and move toward the changes you’re hoping to make.
