Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in education, I truly believe that prioritizing mental health is key to both happiness and success. Congratulations on taking this first step toward your well-being—it’s not always easy, but it’s incredibly important.

I have eight years of experience working with children and adolescents in school settings, and I’m excited to now expand my work to support adults as well. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you navigate your journey with care, understanding, and intention.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and safe—somewhere you can be open, even when it’s hard. From there, we’ll keep working side by side in future sessions to help you move toward the changes you want to see.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introductory session where you can share your story and talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll figure it out together at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
