Great to meet you!

Hi. First, I want to congratulate you for taking the initiative to start a new journey in your life. This chapter of your life, may be a difficult one. However, by you being here, you are demonstrating that you are ready for a change. Making the decision to get counseling support is not easy. I work with substance abuse and recovery, marriage and family, relationship issues, domestic violence recovery, trauma, abuse, recovery through movement, exercise, sports and activity and identity concerns. I offer a safe space for my clients to talk openly & honestly to me about whatever your concerns are.

Please contact my Practice Manager, Zoey McGee, at (951) 216.1760 via phone or text to schedule an appointment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is humanistic-interpersonal & change-based. You & I will work together to find thoughts, feelings and patterns that no longer serve you. We will work to create healthier new coping strategies, ways of thinking and new behavioral patterns. Let's discover the best you at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a grounded, compassionate space where they feel both supported and gently challenged. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed—I help clients connect the dots between past experiences and current patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to navigate relationships, stress, and life transitions more effectively.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, or identity struggles, I aim to create a space where insight, growth, and emotional safety coexist. Over time, clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, a sense of empowerment, and a deeper connection to their authentic self.
