Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. I have a Doctorate in Social Work. I have focused primarily on working with children, adolescents, and their families throughout my career. For me, therapy is a collaborative process and we will work together to accomplish your goals. Anything is possible, sometimes we just need help to get things jump-started.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize many different techniques depending on the clients needs and wants. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. We will decide together which modality is best for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to work with me as a team. I am here to assist in developing the treatment plan and goals with you and assist you in being able to cope with your stressors. Therapy is a process and results will not be seen overnight. I am patient and empathetic and will work with you to get you to a better place.
