Great to meet you!

As a first responder for over 25 years (law enforcement and trauma/flight medic), I have witnessed the impact traumatic incidents and unresolved core wounds have on an individual and their families/friends. In my sessions, I focus on the eight C’s of self: compassion, curiosity, clarity, creativity, calm, confidence, courage and connectedness. Compassion is the core principle with every client as it is only through compassion that an individual will allow themselves to see the truth.

My approach to therapy

My role as a therapist is to assist the client to be in contact with themselves in the present moment while exploring a new path forward towards a more meaningful and satisfying life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, your current challenges, and the things that are important to you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out or that you need to tell me everything right away.
