I earned my master's degree in Social Work from NYU and a bachelor of arts degree in Biology, minoring in Music from Rutgers. Professional experience in education, human services, community mental health and medical integrative behavioral health with non-profit agencies, local governments and university systems. My approach to therapy

Person-centered, EMDR, Trauma-focused CBT, interpersonal, emotional processing, creative, body and mind approaches. Focus on being present and person-centered, working to create a safe, affirming and validating space to help in your process of mental wellness.
