Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional with experience working with adolescents and adults in both individual and family settings. I have supported youth in structured environments, helping them navigate behavioral challenges, trauma, and family stress, as well as adults facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs, using evidence-based techniques like CBT and solution-focused strategies. I am especially passionate about helping individuals build coping skills, improve communication, and feel more confident in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and focused on your goals. I use practical, evidence-based techniques like CBT and solution-focused strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and build coping skills. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll work at your pace to find tools that fit your life and help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns at your own pace, and I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your needs and goals. Together, we’ll begin to identify what you’d like to work on and what support looks like for you. My goal is to create a comfortable, safe environment where you feel heard and supported from the very beginning.
