I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 16 years experience as a mental health therapist working in the San Antonio area. I received a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy Degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
My training and experience qualifies me to offer bilingual English-Spanish counseling for individuals, couples, children, families dealing with domestic abuse, child abuse, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Also, I can assist with military specific challenges such as; pre-post deployment stressors, combat-related PTSD, stress management, life transitions, work/career related issues.
My goal is to provide support to effectively address personal, relational life challenges that keep people from the life that they have envisioned. With respect, compassion and understanding, I strive to help build on current strengths to attain the personal growth needed to accomplish envisioned needs and wants from life.
