Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life challenges. I provide culturally responsive, client centered care in a supportive and non-judgmental environment my goal is to help clients feel understood empowered and equipped with tools for lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I was inspired to pursue a degree in counseling due to the lack of woman of color in the field therapists. As a child of Latinx immigrants, I believe therapist should be culturally competent. I am fluent in both Spanish in English and often incorporate my Latinx background into my practice. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, supportive, and empowered in the therapeutic relationship.
