I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience in various clinical settings. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to work through overwhelming feelings to gain clarity, overcome challenges and find inner peace. I have experience counseling individuals (adults and children) as well as couples and have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Somatic Experiencing.

In sessions with clients, I strive to provide a safe place where my clients will feel heard, valued and validated in a non-judgmental environment. Throughout my experience I have found that the relationship between the therapist and client is essential to enable clients to be comfortable sharing personal thoughts and struggles. I combine various modalities including Attachment, CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, EFT, and Strength Based among others, to help clients achieve their goals.

I have succeeded in guiding clients to understand the connection between their emotions and thoughts. This increases their self-awareness, helping them develop and apply tools and techniques to navigate and cope with life’s challenges. Clients appreciate my caring and compassionate approach, which has helped them heal, and become the best version of themselves.
