Great to meet you!

Building a new private practice in Arkansas, I bring dual board certification in psychiatric nursing and a genuine commitment to patients who need real support. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I believe care is most effective when it truly fits your life. My schedule has open availability, including full days during the week, so access is not a barrier. I am accepting new patients and invested in helping you feel heard, supported, and ready to take the next step.

My approach to therapy

Psychiatric care works best as a partnership. I take time to understand what you are experiencing before we plan together. I bring warmth and openness to every session, and I want you to feel like an active participant in your own healing, not someone things happen to. We build something that truly fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to hear your story, what has been hard, what you have tried, and what you are hoping for. You will have space to ask questions and set the tone. By the end, we will have a shared sense of direction and a plan that feels right for you.
