Great to meet you!

I have been caring for patients since 2007, initially as a nurse tech, later an RN-BSN (about 8 years as an ICU nurse), then as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as of 2017. I consider myself a compassionate and empathetic provider. I have a passion -caring for those with dual diagnoses. I am genuinely interested in my patient's lives. I love to encourage my patients as they journey through recovery towards wellness. I experience immense joy seeing my patients get well!

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based care for those with mental health and/or substance use problems. I can help you manage anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, & mood problems (Depression, Bipolar, Mixed moods). Also, whether you binge or have active addiction to alcohol, cannabis, opioids, kratom, benzodiazepine, stimulants, gambling, sex, or any other addictive behavior-I can help. Medication, therapy, & complimentary medicine (herbals, RX exercise & BL RX, etc) can be used alone or in combination w/ meds

What you can expect from me

I am dedicated to providing my patients care based on their presenting goals. We will continuously revise goals to ensure you reach full recovery and remission- then we will work to maintain your progress and prevent reoccurrence or relapse. I want your life to be full of joy and freedom from symptoms. I will remain committed to working with patients to gain full recovery & remission! I carry a personal vow to #stopthestigma.
