Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with nearly a decade of experience working with adults navigating substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, crisis, and life transitions. My background spans behavioral health managed care, inpatient psychiatric settings, crisis stabilization, and community-based care coordination, which means I understand the full landscape of where people struggle and how systems of care work (and sometimes don't).

My approach to therapy

Whether you're exploring your relationship with substances for the first time, managing life transitions, depression, anger, or anxiety, our sessions will be a space where you can speak honestly without judgment and without a script.

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed principles to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We'll work on building real skills not just insight so that change sticks beyond the therapy hour.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals, and we’ll discuss your expectations for therapy. This is also a time for you to ask questions, learn about how we can work, and start building a plan that fits your needs.
