Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a safe place in which we can be heard, supported, and understood. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths and find new ways to approach life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is casual, collaborative, and compassionate. I'll meet you exactly where you are, listen deeply to your story, and walk with you as we uncover patterns , explore perspectives, and build tools that are a fit for your life. I blend CBT, DBT, strength-based and solution-focused techniques to help clients build coping skills, identify strengths, and create realistic changes that fit their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, safe space for you to share your story. I'll ask you about your background, current challenges and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there we'll begin identifying goals and exploring strategies that align with your needs.
