Great to meet you!

My core beliefs are based upon Christian concepts and I am striving to share the same love, grace and forgiveness afforded to me, while serving as a conduit to others. I have worked in the social work field since 2004, and primarily worked with vulnerable children and adults impacted by abuse and various forms of trauma. I have a B.A. degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Social Work and hold licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

Since 2022, my primary focus as a champion of H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Purposefully Evolve), has been geared towards aiding others overcome barriers relating to positive self-image, self-worth and self-value. I offer a warm and compassionate style to create a safe haven for others to express emotions, needs or areas of impact through gradual progression.

What you can expect from me

The initial session will include rapport building, gathering background information as lived experiences shape and influence various beliefs and behavioral patterns or tendencies. Through discussions and identifying areas of focus, client-centered goals will be developed and prioritized.
