Great to meet you!

Life’s challenges can sometimes leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person you want to be. You may know you want things to change but feel unsure about where to begin or how to move forward. Therapy can offer a supportive space to better understand yourself, work through obstacles, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I believe each person has the potential to grow, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, explore what may be holding you back, and feel more confident taking steps toward becoming the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

Our work will begin where you are today and focus on where you want to go. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, listening carefully to your experiences, understanding your perspective, and learning what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll identify the challenges getting in your way and establish clear, realistic objectives to help you move toward your goals. I believe therapy should be personalized to your needs, values, and circumstances rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work will focus on building self-awareness, identifying your strengths, and developing practical skills you can use to navigate life’s challenges. You’ll be an active participant in the process, and we’ll work together to find strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have all the answers before beginning therapy. Our first sessions will give us time to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you would like to change. We’ll work together to set goals and identify manageable steps to help you make progress. As we continue, we’ll reflect on what is working, address obstacles as they arise, and build on the skills and strengths you develop along the way. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard, encouraged, and better equipped to handle the challenges you face. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel empowered, build confidence in your abilities, and create meaningful change that carries into your everyday life.
