I am an LPC/MHSP in the state of Tennessee. Over 10 years she has worked in community mental health settings which has given me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults in different situations. I am currently offering online therapy for adults. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through Evergreens. I am an EMDR therapist. I specialize in treating people with a trauma history. I work with clients who have anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, decreased self-esteem, parenting issues, managing stress, and exploring who they want to be.

Our first session will be an intake meaning I will collect information to get to know you and identify your treatment goals. My goal is to help you feel encouraged and to give you confidence that your mental health can change. Together we will discuss and create a plan to make your goals achievable.
