Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a background in county mental health, substance use treatment, and clinical work with veterans and high-acuity populations. This experience has shaped me into a therapist who is comfortable with complexity and can meet people in some of their most difficult moments without judgment. In my private practice, I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, substance use concerns, life transitions, and the kinds of struggles that often go unaddressed for far too long. My goal is to create a genuinely warm, supportive space where you feel safe being honest about what you are carrying.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy. I believe that everyone's story is different, and I tailor my work to where you are and what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all formula. I draw on cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed frameworks and am committed to creating a space that is nonjudgmental and genuinely supportive. My aim is for every session to feel like something you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and talking through what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. I will listen carefully and make sure you feel heard from the very start. My goal is for you to leave with a clear sense of how we might work together. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
