As a licensed therapist, I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, burnout, work/life balance, imposter syndrome, mom guilt, life transitions and overall self-care/well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, meaning that I work closely with my clients to address the topics that are important to them while providing them with tools to help them achieve their goals. I am committed to supporting my clients as they navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strength. My therapeutic style integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

What you can expect from our first session
