Great to meet you!

I provide person-centered, trauma-informed therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of past experiences, high anxiety, emotional burnout, people-pleasing patterns, or a deep sense of self-doubt. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin healing in a way that feels safe and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner world, understand your patterns with clarity, and build the emotional tools needed for lasting change. Together, we work toward greater regulation, stronger boundaries, deeper self-trust, and a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

The initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying goals you’d like to work toward.

During our session, I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and what support might feel most helpful. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. This is a collaborative process, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration and healing.
