About Me

I am a Board-Certified Diplomate Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples who are experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, and relationship challenges for over 10 years. My goal is to help clients reconnect to what's important in their lives. I am certified in evidenced based programs for trauma, depression, anxiety and relationships distress with a main focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is motivational, collaborative, and interactive. You will experience a non-judgmental, caring, and compassionate environment. There will be times I will challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone because this is where growth and healing happens. I will meet you where you are and walk with you to your chosen wellness destination.

What you can expect from our first session

In psychotherapy, you get out of it as much as you put into it. With this in mind, from the first session until the last session, you can expect to gain insight into your challenges and learn ways to better manage those challenges through developing healthy coping skills.
