I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the State of Florida. I hold both a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work. I enjoy working and helping individuals, couples and families in need of support and guidance. I have worked with those with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, bipolar, ADHD, and relationship issues.
While there are various approaches to therapy, I firmly believe it is not a one size fits all approach. I utilize a combination of treatment paths that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered and mindfullness techniques. I have a passion for working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and relationship issues. I have also provided group and individual therapy with teens struggling with anger, anxiety and self-discovery.
I have a calm and acceptance presence that allows me to be relateable and build rapport with my clients. I provide a place of where there in no judgement, calmness and peace so that clients feel supported and heard. Together we will evaluate and process situations that are impacting your life.
