Great to meet you!

I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified Therapist and incorporate and Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal informed lens to therapy. These modalities combined with my early training in family systems theory complement one another, allowing clients to address the intricate connections between personal experiences, family dynamics, and the impact of stress on their well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients develop the skills and resources necessary to address emotional challenges and enhance their overall well-being. I work with clients interested in processing and integrating traumatic experiences to improve their mental health functioning and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

Taking the first step in investing in one's emotional well-being can sometimes feel daunting. Clients will be able to take away a felt sense of empowerment, connectedness, and a plan for healing and managing stressors.
