Great to meet you!

My clients have described me as accepting, curious, collaborative, funny, insightful, wise, & caring. I use an integrative approach of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused & culturally informed practices. I use powerful tools such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and Brainspotting to help you get unstuck.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), oxytocin assisted therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting to individuals. Clients come to me for help working through myriad issues, including manifestation, resolving trauma (including complex trauma/childhood wounds), spiritual awakenings, identifying triggers, developing the wise mind, tapping into intuition, resilience building, relational skills, distress tolerance, and restructuring patterns of behavior.

What you can expect from our first session

As a client, you will leave sessions feeling heard, validated, and reflective. We often end our sessions with questions to ponder throughout the week, as well as actionable steps you can take to improve specific challenges, your relationships, and your mental, emotional & spiritual, health.
