I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Cleveland State University, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment and client-centered care. I have extensive professional experience across outpatient, school-based, and community mental health settings. I have supported patients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I received training in EMDR, utilize CBT, and incorporate mindfulness-based practices. Dedicated to holistic and culturally responsive care, and tailors treatment to each patient's unique strengths, goals, and lived experiences.
