I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in addressing issues of anxiety, depression, trauma recovery/PTSD, eating disorders, and personality disorders. I use a mindful based/cognitive behavioral (CBT) framework, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Exposure Response Prevention therapy.
