Great to meet you!

I work with teenagers and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and difficulties managing overwhelming emotions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to cope with the challenges they are facing. Some are navigating significant life changes, while others are struggling with patterns that no longer serve them.

My approach to therapy

Using a gentle, responsive, and individualized approach, I help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and develop greater confidence in navigating life's challenges. Together, we work toward creating lasting change and helping clients feel more empowered, balanced, and connected to the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative process.
