Great to meet you!

I am warm, collaborative, and deeply committed to making sure you feel heard and validated. I work with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and overwhelming emotions. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves, unsure how to cope. Together, we will gently uncover patterns that are no longer serving you and support you in creating new ways of being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, responsive, and tailored to your unique needs. I focus on helping you build resilience, improve your emotional well being, strengthen your relationships, and feel more confident facing life’s challenges. We will work together at your pace to create lasting change and help you feel more empowered, balanced, and connected to the life you want to live, with space for both insight and practical tools.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. I will listen closely and ask thoughtful questions to better understand what you are going through and what you hope to change. From there, we will collaborate on goals and begin building a therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as synergistic, and your input will guide each step we take.
