Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over five years of experience working in the helping professionals field working with clients of various socioeconomic backgrounds.

I’m a compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered while integrating evidence-based practices with faith-based support when desired. I strive to create a space where clients can build resilience, heal from past experiences, and grow emotionally and spiritually.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and client-centered. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help individuals process trauma, manage anxiety and stress, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping skills while meeting each client where they are emotionally and personally.

I also value the importance of faith and spiritual healing for clients who desire it, thoughtfully integrating Christian principles into the counseling process when appropriate. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and move toward lasting emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they can share openly at their own pace. During the first session, I focus on getting to know each client’s story, current challenges, strengths, and goals while helping them feel safe, supported, and understood. Together, we begin identifying meaningful goals for therapy and creating a plan that supports emotional healing, personal growth, healthier relationships, and increased resilience.
