Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Widener University and have worked in behavioral health, medical settings, and community-based care, which allows me to take a well-rounded and practical approach to treatment.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress management. I also support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need a safe, nonjudgmental space to process their thoughts and experiences. I have a particular interest in helping clients improve communication, build self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns in relationships.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, along with supportive and solution-focused techniques, to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves while working toward their personal goals.
