Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, from the University of TX Southwestern Medical Center. Unlike many other counseling degrees, this program allowed me to learn about the Mind and the Body. I was trained to address the impact of Biological, Psychological and Sociological issues that can cause distress or discomfort.

My approach to therapy

I have a slightly different approach with each of my clients. As a counselor I have all of the education, training, experience and state approvals to help each of my clients. But before I can help them, I prefer to allow my clients to show me where they are on their journey. To describe their struggles and ensure I understand what’s troubling them the most.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to meet their health, personal and professional goals, while addressing any new issues that may arise.
