Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have over 7 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I speak both English and Spanish and am actively licensed in the state of Virginia for the past 2 years. I specialize in working with anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma/PTSD, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as attachment and relationship challenges. I offer evening and weekend sessions.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that every client is an expert in their own life. I provide holistic trauma informed evidence based treatment with each client. Together we create opportunity for growth and healing to begin. I consider it a privilege to be part of your therapy process and look forward to working with you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin with an intake so I can learn more about you: your goals, your story, and the areas you want to work on. This helps us build a strong foundation for our work together.
