Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with years of experience guiding adults, teens, and families through life's toughest moments.

With a background as a school administrator, teacher, and school counselor, my practice is dedicated to caretakers, high achievers, and educators—anyone who looks completely put together on the outside but feels like they are drowning on the inside under the weight of perfectionism and burnout.

I specialize in helping clients navigate:

  • Chronic anxiety & depression
  • Perfectionism & burnout
  • Trauma & self-esteem challenges

Outside of the therapy room, I’ve been married for over a decade and am a proud dog mom!

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is rooted in deep empathy and understanding, ensuring you feel heard and supported on your journey. Whether we are addressing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or personal growth, my goal is to provide practical strategies and insights that empower you to navigate difficulties and foster lasting change. Together, we will create a safe space to help you regain control and reconnect with your true self.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we won't just focus on discussing your problems. Instead, we will start by identifying the root causes of your stress and boundary depletion. Together, we will develop practical, real-world tools that you can use immediately to reduce anxiety and create a clear, customized path forward, allowing you to live with greater ease and confidence. As the client, you will be encouraged to reflect on your past and examine your inner thoughts. It’s important to explore the origins of your habits, understand where your boundary issues began, and identify the specific triggers that cause your stress. Your voice is the most important part of this process. Therefore, I invite and encourage your honest reflections on your thoughts, feelings, goals, and progress as we work together.
