Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you!

As a Board Certified Counselor, I primarily work with women navigating anxiety, OCD, burnout, and perfectionism—especially those who appear highly capable on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed by pressure and self-criticism.

I help Millennial and Gen Z women who may look successful and composed on the outside, yet internally they may feel exhausted by constant mental pressure, overthinking, or the need to maintain control over every detail.

I helps clients understand the deeper patterns that drive perfectionism, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion while developing healthier ways of navigating ambition, responsibility, and personal well-being.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping clients who are tired of feeling like they will never be enough for themselves or others and who are ready to finally start healing. I help clients understand the deeper patterns that drive perfectionism, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion while developing healthier ways of navigating ambition, responsibility, and personal well-being.

Therapy with me might look like interrupting obsessive thought loops, loosening perfectionism, and rebuilding trust in your own judgment.

What you can expect from me

Over time, clients often notice their mind becoming quieter and more spacious. Decisions feel clearer, relationships feel more natural, and the pressure to “get everything right” begins to ease. Instead of constantly managing anxiety, you’re able to focus on what actually matters—living with more calm, confidence, and self-trust.
