Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with many years of experience in the mental health field. Leading with compassion and empathy, I thrive to offer a safe and supportive space which allows clients to develop the trust necessary to lean into vulnerability in order to grow, heal and evolve in desired ways.

My approach to therapy

I have a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, including CBT, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. My experience spans a diverse range of concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress, or the uncertainty that often comes with life transitions or relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, valued and supported in their journey towards healing and personal growth. I believe in a collaborative approach to care, consisting of open dialogue and honest feedback. My approach also includes goal setting and tracking, which I believe best facilitates change and growth.
