LGBTQIA+, PTSD, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have profound respect for the strength that it takes to be vulnerable and explore your emotions, behaviors, relationships, and trauma in therapy. I specialize in working with young adults who have experienced interpersonal trauma as well as individuals experiencing identity issues and navigating life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an integrative therapist attuned to your unique needs, blending various therapeutic modalities to support you wherever you are on your journey. I work primarily from a psychodynamic foundation while integrating my experiences providing trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have extensive specialized training in working with trauma survivors and I am trained in Somatic and Attachment focused EMDR.

What you can expect from our first session

I cultivate a safe and affirming environment where you can explore patterns that are causing you distress, unlearn shameful beliefs about yourself, form deeper and more meaningful connections, and heal from painful experiences.
