Great to meet you!

My name is Sophia and i am a licensed clinical social worker who has been working within the field for over 8 years. My passion lies in helping people heal. I specialize working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, life stressors, anxiety and/or coping with loss/grief.

My approach to therapy

I offer an individualized approach & we work together to create a plan and identify techniques that will best suite your journey. I use a combination of talk therapy, CBT and mindfulness-based practices to help empower you & address the different shadows that may be surfacing in your life. I also strongly believe in the mind, body, soul connection when it comes to our healing.

What you can expect from me

Many of us struggle with thoughts, beliefs or behaviors that prevent us from living the peaceful & joy-filled life we deserve. Trauma, early life experiences and/or life challenges/transitions can leave us feeling hopeless, alone and triggered. My goal is to help support and guide you through these problematic areas so you can begin living in your light.
