Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Sophia Hritz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I work with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. My clinical background includes supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identify exploration, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and relational. I believe that healing and growth happen within a safe, trusting relationship, and I work collaboratively with clients to build on their existing strengths, resilience, and insight. Therapy is individualized and flexible, guided by each client's unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to begin building trust and getting to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you'd like to share. I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment and work collaboratively at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of sessions, clients should feel heard, supported, and clearer about next steps.
