Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, OCD, chronic illness, infertility, trauma, relationship challenges, or other stressors begin affecting your everyday life. Therapy can help you regain balance, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater confidence.

I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida, Ohio, and Indiana in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship challenges, eating disorders, chronic stress, burnout, chronic illness, chronic pain, infertility, IVF, and major life transitions. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

I have a special interest in supporting adults living with chronic illness, chronic pain, infertility, IVF, endometriosis, and other medical conditions that impact mental health. These experiences can affect your relationships, identity, self-esteem, career, and daily life. You deserve a therapist who understands these unique challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I tailor therapy using evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, ERP for OCD, DBT skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. My goal is for therapy to feel like a genuine conversation while helping you leave each session with practical tools you can use right away.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. With more than 11 years of experience, I provide compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best therapy happens when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, and I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll work together to develop strategies that feel realistic, meaningful, and sustainable. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, challenged when needed, and supported every step of the way as you build the skills and confidence to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s completely okay if you’re not sure where to begin. During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, discussing your goals, and talking about what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll also review any questions you have and work together to create a plan that feels comfortable and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
