Great to meet you!
When was the last time you felt like yourself?
That question can be harder to answer than it seems. Somewhere along the way, you may have found yourself feeling disconnected from parts of yourself that once felt familiar. You move through life carrying responsibilities, emotions, and experiences that have shaped you, while trying to understand what you need and where you want to go next. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel understood, and explore what is happening beneath the surface with compassion and curiosity.
Finding your way back to yourself is not about becoming someone different. It is about creating space to better understand who you are, what you value, and the experiences that have influenced the way you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy does not require you to have everything figured out or revisit every difficult moment. It is a place to explore what feels important, at your own pace, while developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and connection with yourself.
My professional background includes three years in community mental health and two years in child welfare, where I supported individuals and families through trauma, crisis, family challenges, and significant life stressors. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the importance of feeling seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. They continue to shape my approach to therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experiences.
