Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with folks who may not always feel like they've "fit in" with societal norms; your uniqueness and creativity is honored here. I offer a welcoming and supportive space for people of all sexualities, genders, and brain types. I help folks find a path forward with ADHD/ASD, anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, school, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, parenting stress, life transitions, and more. Together we will make space for you to un-mask your worries and walk the healing path that works for you.

My approach to therapy

When it comes to life’s stressors, my approach is to help you put the power back into your hands. I will provide you with the necessary tools to enable you to regain your independence and restore your sense of empowerment. I help parents develop systems to create space for their child to thrive, and teens a space to let their inner selves be seen and known.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I'll be helping you recognize your strengths, improve the connection between your mind and body, and hopefully share a few laughs along the way. I'm passionate about working with clients to see real and positive changes. Let's untangle unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck, and help you create the life you deserve.
