Great to meet you!

With more than 18 years in social work that include over a decade as a school social worker, along with experience in community, psychiatric, and medical settings—I understand that life’s challenges can affect everyone differently.

I help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD, autism, PTSD, social difficulties, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting people who feel overwhelmed by change or unsure what comes next.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process, not a place where someone simply gives you answers. I’ll meet you where you are and support you as you process emotions, gain insight, and explore solutions that fit your needs and values. My work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I take a warm, client-centered approach and believe you are the expert on your own life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and identify what you hope to work toward. I’ll answer your questions and help you feel clear about what to expect. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, in a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can build coping skills, recognize your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
