I am a multi-disciplinary licensed clinical psychotherapist. I have a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on a mind and body connection! My passion is to work with people on their therapeutic journey and help them overcome emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues. In addition to clinical issues, I specialize in nutritional psychotherapy! Focusing on the the relationship between the gut and the brain and how it affects our mental health! Mood follows food!

I provide a warm, empathetic, supportive, direct, and genuine therapeutic environment to clients struggling with life's challenges. I am also a Gottman Level 1 therapist for couples.

I focus on a mind & body connection! My approach draws on my diverse experience and training, and true dedication to helping people transform! I use my knowledge of psychology, health, nutrition, integrative medicine, and massage and bodywork to help people reconnect with their best selves and flourish!

My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness & self-development, create change & achieve growth, obtain insight, all in order to better manage their lives in a more healthy, balanced, & satisfying manner.
