Great to meet you!

As a doctor in clinical psychology, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic support for people navigating complex emotional, psychological, and relationship challenges. Whether you are managing a long-standing mental health condition or facing sudden life stressors, I offer a dedicated, collaborative space focused on your healing and growth. I have expertise in treating anxiety, panic disorder, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as trauma and chronic stress. Additionally, my specialty centers on severe and persistent conditions, including mood disorders, Schizophrenia and the psychosis spectrum, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and eating disorders. I also specialize in offering care for unique or unexplainable mental health experiences. Additionally, I partner with individuals and couples to heal relationships, improve communication, and overcome social isolation. My approach integrates proven clinical modalities with deep empathy, meeting you exactly where you are to build sustainable coping tools and create lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when rigorous science meets genuine human warmth. Integrating modern psychodynamic therapy and somatic therapy with evidence-based approaches, we look past surface symptoms to safely explore the unconscious patterns driving your distress. Guided by liberation psychology, I view your cultural and intersectional identity as a source of immense wisdom and strength. Our work will help you transform personal and collective conflict to provide healing and agency to build lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin understanding what you’re going through and what you want to change. You can share at your own pace; you don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly how to explain what you’re experiencing. I’ll listen, ask questions, and work with you to understand your concerns in the context of your life and relationships. We’ll begin identifying what you need from therapy and how we might work together to get there.
