Great to meet you!

I am a music psychotherapist and creative arts therapist with experience working in both inpatient psychiatry and private practice with individual clients. Patients come to me to work through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. I am an active therapist so you won't be talking to a blank screen. I listen carefully with empathy so I can offer guidance and a fresh perspective.

My approach to therapy

My experience in a variety of clinical settings and my training as a creative arts therapist have made me an adept improviser and problem solver. Though my work as a therapist is grounded in the creative arts modalities, many of my patients come to me for traditional talk therapy. My therapeutic toolbox is broad and we will work together to find an approach that best suits you. I show up to each and every session ready to support you in your journey toward overall wellness. We will work together to build a therapeutic relationship conducive to growth, authenticity and expression.

What you can expect from me

My patients leave our sessions feeling empowered, hopeful and able to engage in life's challenges with confidence. Together, we will work to turn your pain into growth, work through your struggles with care and creativity, and celebrate your successes.
