Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with over 18 years of experience helping teens, adults, couples, and families work through anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and the everyday challenges that come with family life and motherhood. Whether you're navigating a rough patch on your own or working through something with the people you love, I'm here to help you find steadier ground.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most beneficial when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help you understand your patterns, manage anxiety and stress, and build practical strategies for the relationship, family, and life challenges you're facing. Together we'll work toward meaningful, lasting change, not just short-term relief.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, review your history, and identify the areas you'd like to focus on. I'll answer questions you have about the therapy process, and together we'll begin developing a plan that fits your needs.
