Great to meet you!

I offer a calm, depth-oriented approach to therapy for individuals and couples, creating space to explore both your inner world and the relationships that matter most to you. My work is grounded in presence, compassion, and “withness” - walking alongside you as meaning, clarity, and change unfold at your own pace. As a woman of trans experience, I am deeply committed to offering an affirming, inclusive space where all identities, relationships, and ways of being are welcome.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and relational work, This means we attend to both your inner world and the relationships that shape your life. Whether working with individuals or partners, therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about slowing down, listening deeply, and engaging the patterns, stories, and emotional dynamics that want to be understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on getting to know one another and sensing whether the work feels like a good fit. For couples, this means beginning to understand your relationship story and what brings you in now; for individuals, it’s an opportunity to share what feels most unresolved. I’ll ask gentle, clarifying questions and help create a steady, supportive space where you can slow down and speak freely. The goal is not to dive too deep too quickly, but to establish safety, resonance, and a shared sense of direction for our work together.
