Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I value authenticity, cultural awareness and humor in the therapy space. I’m not the type of therapist who just nods, I’m engaged, reflective and here to help you do the real work of healing. I believe in progress over perfection and I’m deeply committed to helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I combine evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Trauma-Informed practices to help clients make sense of their experiences, challenge unhelpful beliefs and build healthier emotional habits. I believe in creating a space where clients feel both supported and gently challenged as they work toward meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, practical tools to manage anxiety, perfectionism and burnout, and a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to make meaningful change. Each session is designed to help clients break unhelpful patterns, set clear boundaries and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves.
