Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with negative feelings about your body or a strained relationship with food? Have you ever received critical comments from family members or friends about your weight, shape, or size? You are not alone. I know how exhausting, isolating, and frustrating these experiences can be. All you want is to break free of the painful patterns and feel more confident and happy in your own skin. I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with issues related to body image, disordered eating, or weight stigma. I can help you build a better relationship with your body.

My approach to therapy

I integrate psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies in my practice. I believe therapy works best when we can be genuine with one another and create space for curiosity, honesty, and reflection. My style is warm and engaged, while also giving you space to move at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you can talk openly about your experiences without judgment or the expectation that you should simply learn to “love your body.” Together, we’ll explore the emotions and life experiences that got you here and find a better way forward.
