Great to meet you!

Life can present unpredictable waves of situations that are beyond our control such as: divorce, grieving, depression, relationship challenges, body dysmorphia & many other inauspicious situations. I welcome the opportunity to assist you by listening with an open ear, genuine heart within a confidential space. With 14 years of experience, I treat children/adolescents, adults, couples & families. Receive the ability to cultivate solutions to any of life's challenges through internal healing.

My approach to therapy

As a bilingual licensed counselor (English & Haitian Creole) I use various approaches such as: psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, family systems and gestalt method to help individuals move towards a healthy balance. For children, I primarily utilize play therapy. My approach comes from a non-judgmental and open minded stance to allow individuals the ability to be transparent in counseling to foster growth and improvement.

What you can expect from me

I can assist clients by engaging in healthy conversations where individuals find solutions to challenging situations. After an initial session with me, a client will be able to identify why they are seeking counseling, verbalize goals and their expectations. As a licensed clinical counselor, I seek to diagnose the mental and emotional parts of individuals by bringing the hidden symptoms manifesting itself through unhealthy behaviors to the forefront in order to cultivate a new narrative.
